Product Classification & Conformity Strategie: We determine the requirements applicable to your product and define how compliance will be demonstrated. We consider EU directives, EU regulations, product standards and other product requirements.

CE Compliance & CE Certification: We support you in implementing EU Market Access requirements—from product classification and risk analysis through technical documentation to the EU Declaration of Conformity and CE marking.

Technical Documentation: We support risk analyses and assessments, operating instructions, warnings, product markings and declarations of conformity. The technical files are structured in a traceable manner and tailored to the product and process.

Usability (UX/UI): We assess operating logic, comprehensibility and user requirements during product development. Good usability increases safety, simplifies instructions, meets customer requirements and is relevant to consumer testing.

GS Marking & Type Approval: We support EC component type-approvals and EC type approvals through to approval and fulfilment of subsequent conditions. Where the product category permits it, we consider GS mark requirements during product development and prepare the evidence required for GS testing.

QM Systems for Manufacturers and Service Providers: We support more than manufacturing companies. Appropriate quality management systems can also be useful or necessary for distributors, service providers and other SMEs.

Implementation & Audit: We support the establishment, implementation, auditing and correction of your quality management system through certification readiness and accompany further development through recertification.

EU Representative / Authorized Representative: Depending on the product, appointing an Authorized Representative may be required or advisable. We undertake the corresponding tasks for companies from third countries.

EU Market Access: We support the structured implementation of requirements for distribution in the EU, including the necessary communication and documentation.

Protection of Trade Secrets: In our cooperation, we consider the manufacturer's interests and the confidential handling of technical and business information.

Conformity of Production (CoP): We assess the quality and conformity of your production worldwide. Depending on the assignment, we examine raw materials, supplied components, production steps, functional testing, packaging and shipping.

Supplier & Product Audits: We audit suppliers, manufacturers and products worldwide. In addition to product quality and conformity, relevant requirements relating to environmental protection, CSR and supply chains can also be considered.

Series Conformity: Product conformity must not arise only through spot testing of the finished product. Robust processes and suitable controls secure reproducible quality during ongoing production.
